Features
Orders arrive in Queue, move to In Progress when a team member starts working, and shift to Ready when done. Drag, tap, or use buttons to advance tickets. Each stage is fully independent per display.
Assign categories to specific displays. When an order has items from different categories, each screen sees only its items. Category-based fallback ensures items always appear on the right screen.
When an order spans multiple displays, each station sees the other stations' items as blurred with colored completion dots. Green means done, gray means still in progress. Know the full order status without leaving your screen.
Complete items individually as they're finished, or batch-complete all ready items at once. The footer dynamically shows "Complete All" when everything is ready, or "Complete Ready (2/3)" for partial completion.
Never miss an incoming order. Audio notifications play when new orders arrive. Color-coded timers on each ticket show how long it's been waiting — green, orange, red — so your team can prioritize.
Display state is persisted locally — refresh the page, even restart the device, and your kanban board comes back exactly as it was. Secure PIN login means each station is locked down. Works on any screen.
